Pay the service charges on time.

4. Booking and Payments
All bookings must be made through the app or website.
Prices shown are indicative; actual charges may vary based on service conditions.
Payments can be made via UPI, cards, or cash (as available).
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made within 1 hour of booking are free.
If a technician is already dispatched, a visit fee may be applicable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
6. Technician Conduct
All technicians on our platform are background-verified. However, OMTARK is not liable for any direct or indirect damage caused during service. If you face any issue, please contact our support immediately.
7. Warranty & Liability
We may offer a limited service warranty of up to 15 days on selected services.
OMTARK is not responsible for any damage or loss beyond the service scope.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials on the platform are the property of OMTARK and cannot be reused without permission.
9. Termination
OMTARK reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.
